ArogyaDrill · Waitlist-stage project
Two minutes a day, so health training doesn't fade.
Spaced-repetition quizzes for ASHA and ANM workers, sent over chat. No app to install, and it works on patchy signal.
The problem
Training fades without revision.
Community health workers learn a great deal in trainings. Afterwards there is rarely time set aside to revise any of it, and a working day of field visits leaves little room for a course.
Knowledge that is never revisited drifts. ArogyaDrill exists to make revision small enough to fit inside a working day — a handful of questions, answered on the phone people already carry.
How it is planned to work
A drill a day, under two minutes.
-
01
Get a short drill each day
One short drill a day, delivered on Telegram once the waitlist opens. No app to install and no account to create.
-
02
Answer in under two minutes
A few questions only. You reply on Telegram, in the gaps between field visits or at the end of the day.
-
03
Hard questions come back sooner
Spaced repetition sets the schedule: a question you miss returns in a day or two, one you know moves out to weeks.
Who it is for
Built for the people doing the rounds.
-
ASHA and ANM workers
Community health workers who want a low-effort way to stay sharp on the topics they use every week.
-
Trainers and supervisors
A revision habit to point people towards between trainings, without arranging another session or another room.
-
Families
The same quiz format works for household health basics and everyday health literacy, on one shared phone.
Low connectivity
Designed for patchy signal.
Offline-first
Built to be answered without a signal
The design goal is a drill that loads while the signal is good and stays answerable afterwards, so a dropped bar is less likely to cost a day of practice.
Telegram delivery
Sent over Telegram, where people already are
The drill arrives as a Telegram message on a phone already in someone's pocket — no download, no app store, no login to remember.
